Installation instructions:
1. As there is a slight difference between the UK voltage and the China voltage, it must be confirmed to the manufacturer before installation.
2. Mount the mill on a perfect leveling surface of concrete foundation and screw down into a permanent position by foundation bolts. According to the operating site and conditions, it may also be put on even surface only without any fixing.
3. Check every screw whether is fastened.
4. Before open drive motor, turn the rotor slightly by accessory, to check whether it touch or catch the stator. If not, it is forbidden to put into operation.
5. Inspect the power supply system, it must be 3-phase alternating current, and with the mill body grounding properly.
6. The rotation direction of the motor should correspond to the arrow on the base of the mill.
7. Start the motor, touch and check for abnormal noise or vibration. If so, stop immediately and repair, and then test.
