Requirements for Processing Materials:
1. Dry solid materials can not be processed, only wet processing.
2. Remove debris before grinding, material hardness must not be higher than HV309, hard objects such as iron and gravel particles are strictly prohibited to enter the grinding head to prevent damage to the date palm grinding machine.
Precautions For Operation Using:
1. The date palm grinder machine should be installed horizontally on the flat concrete floor, fixation with foot screws (as the case may be)
2. Check whether each fastening screw is tightened.
3. Before using, rotate the rotor to check whether it is in contact with the stator, if stuck, do not switch on.
4. Check and turn on the power cord(Three-phase ac, 380 v, body protection ground), and note that the rotation direction of the rotor should be consistent with the arrow on the base.
5. Always observe how the date palm grinding machine works before using, elapsed time. In case of abnormal situation, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
