Matters Needing Attention When Using Commercial Nut Grinder:
Preparatory Work:
1. Check whether the position of each part and the connecting position are normal. Fill the lubricating oil as shown, and connect the power.
2. Adjust the handwheel before and after to observe whether the roll is normal.
3. Remove surface debris: wipe with soft paper or a clean cotton yarn and loosen the baffle.
4. Adjust the gap between the front and rear rollers to about 0.5mm, and then start the power to idle for 1-2 minutes.
Work Procedures:
1. After starting the commercial nut grinder, adjust the gap between the middle and back two rollers to 0.3 mm and press the material plate.
2. In the process of work, always pay attention to the operation of the machine, if abnormal phenomena found, immediately shut down the machine.
Work To Stop:
After using, clean the industrial nut grinder in time, then wipe clean with a dry cloth.
