Introduction of Automatic Round Ice Cream Stick Making Machine
This ice cream sticks production line is mainly used in the production of ice cream bar, coffee stirrer, etc. This whole production line consists of timber slicer, wood-wood sharpener machine, wood wool set size machine, polisher machine, multifunctional cutting blade sharpener.
1. Firstly we should prepare the timber to at least 50cm length, 8cm width, and 3.5cm thickness, then use NO.1 (Model LG-1) Timber Slicer to process.
2. The above machines make the whole producing line: Capacity:110,000pcs/8h for making round ice cream sticks,need 4-5 workers.
Power:380V industry electric .electric consumption about 10 degrees /h
3. Generally speaking,1 cubic meter timber can produce 110,000pcs round sticks (Φ5.0mm,200mm)
