Description Of Main Components Of Industrial Continuous Fryer:
1. The machine is divided into three layers of conveyor belt, the upper layer is pressure floating conveyor belt, the middle is Fried conveyor belt, the lower layer is filter slag mesh belt. The top of the equipment is equipped with a smoke exhaust hood.
2. Before using the conveyor belt deep fryer, please make sure that it is connected to a 3-phase power, the cable shall be no less than 120 square meters, and the total power is 90-240kw. There must be a reliable grounding line.
3. Thermocouple: Oil temperature can be controlled automatically by thermocouple of frying machine. The equipment is equipped with three thermocouples inside the fuel tank to ensure the oil temperature is balanced. If the oil temperature is too high, the heating tube will stop working automatically, and the heating tube will be automatically heated when the temperature is lower than the specified temperature.
4. The circulating pump equipped with the industrial continuous fryer can balance the temperature in the whole oil tank.
5. After the equipment stops, the pipeline valve should be opened until the oil temperature drops below 50 degrees to open the oil pump until there is no oil residue in the oil tank (close the return pipeline valve before opening the pipeline valve).
6. Storage tank: the stored oil can only be used for conveyor belt deep fryer and cannot be connected with other equipment.
7. LCD panel: the temperature and time required for frying can be set, and the formula can be called after the design is successful.
