100% peanut butter is a pure natural food made only from peanuts, without sugar, salt, oil or other additives. It retains the original flavor and nutritional value of peanuts and is loved by healthy diet lovers. So How is 100% peanut butter made?

1. Raw material selection and pretreatment
The quality of peanut butter depends first on the quality of peanuts. Factories usually select high-quality shelled peanut kernels, which are clean, free of mold and insects. Then the following treatments are carried out
Manual or mechanical selection: remove impurities and unqualified peanut kernels;
Washing: use clean water to clean the dust and sand on the surface;
Drying: remove surface moisture to facilitate the next step of baking.
2. Roasting peanuts
Put the processed peanuts into the roaster for roasting. This step is an important step in the whole process to determine the flavor. The temperature is generally between 140-160°C.
3. Cooling and peeling
After being fried, the peanuts need to be cooled quickly to prevent further heating and excessive charring. Then they are peeled to remove the skin and improve the fineness and color of the peanut butter.
4. Coarse grinding and fine grinding
Coarse grinding: Preliminary crushing of peanuts to make them into coarse granular slurry;
Fine grinding: Use a colloid mill to further refine the peanut slurry to achieve a fluid, delicate and smooth state. The final particle size is controlled below 30 microns to achieve a silky taste. Because it is 100% pure peanut butter, no additional oil is added, and the oil of the peanuts themselves will naturally become smooth during the grinding process due to the release of the peanuts' own oil.
5. Vacuum degassing
In order to remove the air introduced during the grinding process and prevent bubbles and oxidation in the finished product, vacuum degassing equipment is required.
6. Filling and sealing
Peanut butter is filled into glass or plastic bottles using an automatic filling machine, and then sealed using a capping machine. The entire filling process needs to be carried out in a clean environment; the bottle is labeled and coded to indicate the production batch number and shelf life.
Although the production process of 100% peanut butter is relatively simple, every step is crucial. To achieve the standard of "pure natural, no additives", not only the hygiene level of
peanut butter equipment is required to be high, but also the control of baking, grinding, filling and other process links is also very strict.
