Colloid Mill Working Principle

Colloid mill is one mullti-purpose machine, it adopts the new technology can change the products mesh from adjust truning speed.  Therefore, it designed with closed performance, fire and explosion, anti-leakage, easy to operate, health and environmental protection and long usage life has been sold to different fields around the world. 

Working priciple of the colloid mill:
The colliod mill though cutting, grinding and mixing can get the butter.  The products crushing depend on the relative movement of the serrated incline of the disc, stator is stationary, and the rotor rotates around the stator. So the materials can be grinding very well though the friction between the stator and the rotor.  If you wanna more fine butter, just grinding more time. Once the materials is too big, please cutting them into small pieces, because the feeding mouth is small, to big materials will not fall down to the grindng places.

Food industry: aloe, coconut juice, pineapple pulp, emulsified pig skin, chicken bone paste, chili sauce, sesame, fruit tea, ice cream, moon cake stuffing, butter, jam, juice, soybeans, Peanut milk, protein milk, soy milk, dairy products, wheat milk essence, flavor, spices, beer, vegetable protein, animal protein and a variety of food and beverage.
