Working principle of Grinding Machine
This machine use high speed relative motion between swing gear plate and fixed gear plate, crush the raw material through friction and impact.
This sugar grinding machine comes with simple and solid structure, stable running, high grinding efficiency. The crushed material can be discharged through the grinding chamber. Moreover, different size of granule or powder can be got through exchanging screen with different mesh. Its inner wall is processed finely, so it is smooth and level, which overcomes the shortcomings existed in the old model such as roughness, accumulated powder. It makes the production of medicines, foodstuff and chemicals and so on in conformity with the requirements of state standard and GMP.
This machine has simple structure, strong, stable running, crushing effect is good, the crushed material can directly discharged from grinding chamber of the host, the particle size can be obtained by changing the different aperture mesh. Usually match with cube sugar production line.
For some heat-sensitive materials, such as tree powder, granulated sugar, salt, etc., can choose the company production of water-cooled type crusher, control temperature is excellent during crushing process.Water cooling device, and conveyor screw can be equipped according to customer’s needs.
Note: Customers when choose mill, it is suggested to choose and buy crushing machine with dedusting for small granularity material, if there is no bag dust collecting device, may cause dust emission of workspace and the loss of material.
